Pre-Engineered Models
TYPE X3R - Direct hydraulic model
TYPE X5R - Roped hydraulic version
XDRUM - Winding Drum Model
Our pre-engineered residential elevators offer the same dependability and innovative designs of our commercial elevators, but are designed for the less rigorous demands of residential duty to offer cost savings.
Primary differences include:
- Lighter gauge frame components
- Lower capacity and speeds
- Restrictions on some options
Our residence elevators should not be confused with light duty units, which typically have an uni-channel guide rail with trolley, and require a 3rd stabilizer rail. Residences having requirements not met by the pre-engineered series can utilize one of our custom models.
