2. Submit order form
3. Verify Data
4. Receive Drawing
5. Drawing Verified by Customer
6. When Drawing is Verified Sign & Date Drawing
7. Fax or E-mail Drawing back to Elevator Concepts (Fax: (734) 246-2547 E-mail
8. When Drawing is received Elevator Concepts will confirm that drawing was received.
9. Production will begin
10. Production takes 3-6 weeks from Approval of drawings. (Custom Units may take an additional 2-3 weeks)

Dumbwaiter Payment Process:

1. Half of total is due at time of order submission.
2. Remaining amount due BEFORE shipping of the unit.
