To some a residential elevator is the ultimate luxury... for others it is a necessity. A TIGER LIFT® elevator adds convenience, value, and style to any home at an affordable price. TIGER LIFT® elevators are engineered and manufactured to the highest standards, and incorporate safety features and heavy duty construction not found in other residential elevators.
Our residential elevators offer the same dependability and innovative designs of our commercial elevators, but are designed for the less rigorous demands of residential duty to offer cost savings.
Primary differences include:
- Lighter gauge frame components
- Lower capacity and smaller size
- Restrictions on some options
Our residential elevators should not be confused with light duty units, which typically have an uni-channel guide rail with trolley, and require a 3rd stabilizer rail. Residences having requirements not met by the residential series can utilize one of our custom LULA models.
