RD-4 Dumbwaiter

Efficient, quiet and dependable, a dumbwaiter offers a cost-efficient alternative when space and budget constraints prohibit the installation of an elevator. Designed to carry maximum loads of 400 lbs, and travel up to 25 feet, the RD-4 is well suited for applications that are too demanding for a residential unit but do not require the features of a traditional commercial unit.

The RD-4 uses the same cantilever frame concept as the RD-2. The RD-4 has heavy 12 gauge rails and car frame, along with a bigger machine and motor. The machine can be located above or below.  Our new “plug-n-play” wiring system makes wiring a breeze. All necessary wiring material, fasteners and easy-to-follow installation manual are included. When properly equipped, the RD-4 can be used for light duty commercial installations
