Manufacturing Highlights

Highlights of our manufacturing capabilities include 110 ton CNC shear and brake, strippit fabricator, a complete machining center, MIG and TIG welding, a complete woodworking shop, and a custom built vacuum press for manufacturing stress skin cab panels. We have designed and built elevators for ships, prisons, military bases, sewerage treatment plants, and stadiums. We have built elevators that travel anywhere from 2 feet (and had 3 car gates!) to 100 feet, with capacities ranging from 200 to 2000 pounds, and speeds from 10 FPM to 100 FPM. We have built elevators entirely of plexiglas, we have matched the interior of a yacht, and have worked with about every exotic hardwood available. Custom elevators are our specialty.

We design and manufacture almost everything we sell, including slings, platforms, cabs, machines, pumping units, controllers, landing systems, safeties and governors, just to name a few. Our engineering department utilizes CAD programs and equipment extensively, including finite element analysis, layout and drawing, circuit analysis and design, and PLC control logic.
