Our standard printed circuit relay logic controller can handle 2 or 3 stops, 2 way leveling, car top inspection, retiring cams, and automatic gate signals.

It is designed for single speed AC or hydraulic operation for cars traveling up to 30 feet per minute. This inexpensive controller can handle the requirements of about 90% of the residential and LULA elevators being installed today. It can be used with hatch switches or a magnetic landing systems such as our own MAGLVL. Relays are all DIP-socket mounted to allow for easy field replacement. Screw terminals assure tight connections. Hall call interference and low oil timers are separate digital units An optional interface board can run a variety of gate operators, EMI type interlocks, and position indicators. Printed circuit design insures maximum reliability. Full documentation includes schematic and hook up diagrams, installation and troubleshooting procedures, and nomenclature. For more complex elevators, we offer custom handwired relay controllers, as well as PLC logic controls. We can also furnish solid state motor drives for your most demanding applications.
